职位描述
To manage and grow the accounts under WTS nANSHA THROUGH PROFESSIONAL customer services to Qvery HK business units, agents and vendors. To manage and grow the order management team through timesly data entry process & data integrity for accounts from WTS Nansha & Avery HK business units. To provide professional support to Business Director & field sales force in the local business development efforts. To coordinate with other functional depts. so as to ensure inventory availabilty, auality products & on -time delivery ----- To lead and coach a team of Customer services Representatives, customer Services Assistants in providing customer services with emphasis on responsiveness, data integrity and reliability. Also to develop team spirits and enhance morale by providing guidance and training for the Customer Services Representatives and Customer Services Assistants. To Lead and coach an order nanagement team so as to make sure that all incoming orders are timely and correctly processed for accounts from WTS Nansha & Avery HK business units. To coordinate internally with different functional departments so that delivery reliability is enhanced and the committed turnaround time is observed. To develop new items and ensure a smooth and error free roll out To plan, review and improve order flow procedure to facilitate and accurate and efficient production of the orders in the back end, Means adopted can include process re-desigh, email ordering and process simplification To support field sales with a view to maintain existing business and explore any new opportunities, by collecting and reporting market intelligence on customer profile and current sales trend. Documentation of customer requirement, product specification, and various agreement on price and services, as required ISO9000. To maintain and enhance customer services to meet customer expectation. To enhance team spirits by providing guidance, support and training for the teamates.
招聘要求
-At least 4 years\' working experience in marketing, customer services or merchandising, three-year supervisory experience is a MUST -Good leadership skills to lead the team to achieve challenging goals -Good command of English & Cantonese -Good interpersonal skills -Well versed in PC operation -Adapt & respond rapidly to unexpected business developments -Able to work under great pressure
